Traditionally at O² we had used waterfall development techniques and struggled to get products to the market on time and react quickly to customer demands and changing business needs.

After we introduced Agile we managed to produce a brilliant product in half the time it would have normally taken as well as improving engagement with the wider business.

The best thing about agile for me is that it’s much closer to the customer than to internal committees which slow things down. It allowed us to respond more quickly to changing internal and customer requirements and removed analysis paralysis.
