Before introducing Agile into our business we had a number of issues. We had issues with quality control, we lacked a clear prioritised roadmap and developer utilisation was very variable.

Since our work with sprintgoals the work the development team carries out is far more visible, it’s become much easier to prioritise work and the quality is steadily improving. The team have learned new skills and the whole business has been taken on a journey of agile transformation and are engaged and excited about the products we are building.
